Critical Blank Popups

I keep running into an issue on Goon (and CMS as far as I've tested) where popups e.g. PDA windows, nanomeds etc. are blank, untitled, uncloseable windows. The only way to get rid of them is by restarting the client. While sometimes this makes them show up as normal, the majority of the time the bug persists. This is making the game near unplayable for me. My IE is up to date, and I'm on Windows 10.
