A new chem found in various food stuffs (wine, grapes, chocolate...) which when consumed in large amounts (as in like you may die from ethanol poisoning without antihol levels with wine) will actually protect the heart from chems and diseases that target the heart (the various types of initro, space heartworms, ect).

It should reverse the effect of all (or a whitelist of) chems. Because why not.

Well, it probably won't grow your heart back but if it's still in your chest you should be good.
