Wizard artifact can borg you

I though they shouldn't? I am not really sure if this is a bug but i though it might be

they can it's just a suuuuuuuuuper low chance. Just like robot artifacts can soooometiiimes be something other than a borging artifact

There is a very small chance for an artifact to look like it came from a different origin. Feature, not bug.
