Medium job priority for assistants

When I set Assistant as my only medium priority job and don't get my top priority job I always get a job from my low priority list.

Pretty sure this is based on how it fills the crew slots.

Essentially, because staff assistant is the last slot it looks to fill (and it's limitless) if you have anything else in anything but Unwanted then you'll get that first (unless all of the slots you have out of Unwanted are filled by other players first).

If you want to play an assistant, put everything below it into Unwanted.
