Vanilla Milkshake: Milk + Sugar @ < 0C
Chocolate Milkshake: Milk + Sugar + Chocolate @ < 0C
Banana Milkshake: Milk + Sugar + Potassium @ < 0C
Muckshake: Milk + Sugar + Compost @ < 0C
Etcshake: Milk + Sugar + Whatever @ < 0C
Or just give the ice cream machine the ability to make milkshakes.
As for effects: They decay into whatever you made them out of. Except in the case of the muckshake - that decays into jenkem. Duh.

Super spicy, requires a spoon, restores a bit of hunger, causes minor burns, and causes excessive farts.
Something I thought of!
Satan's Wrath
Food
1 El Diablo Chili, 1 Curry, 6 peppers, 10 seconds on high. Causes a fireball on creation.
Causes you to first scream in pain, then either: - Burst into flame and have a 50% chance to explode in a small (3x3, low severity) fireball after 6 seconds
- Rapidly and painfully fart FLAMES, dealing severe brute and burn damage.
- Instantly gib and turn to ash.
- Absolutely nothing. You have been spared. But cursed! Get within 2 tiles of a bible and you immediately burst into flame and turn to ash 3 seconds later.

Put a Clownburger and Cluwne mask in the oven for another 6 seconds on high for a Cluwneburger filled with painbow fluid.
