MedTrak has a nifty little tool that I severely underuse. By viewing one's medical record, you can see their health statistics if they have a health implant (You'd see the 4 basic damage ratings: OXY, TOX, BRN, BRT)
However, MedTrak is not detecting implants on most people, so they won't monitor health. Also, for the few that do get monitored, it's not live.
I know it's so small and obscure but it bugged me. No pun intended.

It looks like Medtrak simply is not updating statuses. I.E Someone is fully awake and has a health implant but Medtrak says they're dead without an implant.
