First video seems to be an admin fuckery version of the Solarium Bad ending, everything displayed seems to be pretty simple admin stuff like replacing the space tiles with other stuff(in this case static), resizing and spinning icons(the sun) and applying filters to the screen. The ending is the standard bad ending with the jingle and all.

Second vid is a "normal" area that's accessible through one of the Adventure Zones. I'd suggest either messing with telesci or asking through #sol on IRC if you wanna see for yourself.
