Minor Farting Pathogen Reagent

So I found the new symptom! Unfortunately due to the fact that the Pathogen reagent doesn't get absorbed into whoever receives it initially this means that you can wind up farting 'Pathogen' the reagent until your body is full.

This is beyond hilarious and I'm not convinced that it's a bug but an unintentional feature.

It's a defence mechanism as the pathogen actively combats any unknown chemicals coming into your system. With this, you could walk around in chemsmokes without concern (aside from the touch reaction), drink all of the hobowine without consequence, and laugh as the changeling tries to give you a dose of neurotoxin.
