Reversium + Meth: Snailtonium, makes you slow as hell.
Reversium + Liquid Dark Matter: Solid Light Matter, splash it down for a perma-glow stain.
Synthflesh + MSG: Synthfat, heals more but has a chance to cause obesity every tick.

As far as i'm aware there's already code in place for a light emitting reagent, but it seems to have been commented out?
Probably because of lag concerns.

It turns out that making a lot of light sources go on or off all at once is hard on the server.

perhaps you could space out light source activations using a strategy similar to how large/numerous explosions are now handled
