add a "random" button for late-join job choices

I really don't see the appeal to getting given a random job, obviously I dont want to say you're wrong because you're not. You can like anything you want.

I'm also not going to say no to this idea because it's a good idea for people like you.

But getting given a random job makes me feel uneasy, getting a job you're not in the mood for, being given the same job 2 rounds in a row. reghgh..eeehgghghh.. I feel uneasy just thinking about it.

Sometimes you just don't want to choose. You want to roll with whatever you end up with. I'd be all for both a 'random based on preferences' and a 'full random' option.
