QM Cargo PDA messages

I took my Space Vendors cart out of my PDA and took a Medical one instead. I still got messages from the QM mailbot.

There should probably be a crate of PDA carts in QM and that should link to the Mailbot rather than what you started as being the link, so that people can become QMs and get messages, and so dudes changing job can avoid the messages.
