Long knockdowns on jugglers cause minor chatspam

Noticed this one a few days ago as a clown while trying to juggle shotguns

1- Be a clown
2- Juggle some stuff
3- Get hit with something that causes a long knockdown effect e.g. a shotgun blast
4- Chat gets treated to repeated "the clown drops everything they were juggling" messages until you get back up
