Pipebomb fakeouts

Dumb but potentially fun idea: since you can fill pipebombs with different explosive reagents, add one "inert" reagent that doesn't do anything after being active. I dunno, something like salt, or sand.

Good for that one gag gift that's sure to get you arrested.

I suppose this could be a traitor item, but it would make an even better homemade bluff item.

This suggestion may result in traitor pranksters labeling active pipebombs as inert.

hmm paper reagent + colorful reagent should make confetti reagent. that'd be good for this idea.
