Chat box problems

For some reason whenever i load the game, the chat box is stuck on a message (Which i can't read because most of it won't actually show up, it's really far up and to the left) and i can't see any OOC messages, any IC ones, or anything at all, and it gives me a link to this section of the forums, so i thought i'd see if i could get some help on this

Yeah I changed the link when I un-stickied the previous mega-bug-thread.

Ok it sounds like you aren't loading some assets correctly. Can you please give me the following information: your OS, internet explorer version and byond username.

I'm on Windows XP currently, dunno what internet explorer version, pretty sure it's 7 though, and my username is Tetranax, same as my name on here
