Assuming you can actually still steal from the stock market by the time it's finished, it might be funny if HOP/Vice officer/another gimmick role was tasked with chasing down people who sell borrowed stocks and can't return payment, and money crimes in general, like not paying fines.

I made like a million dollars from the stock market and the first time I bragged about my skills some masked person in a gokart robbed me.

I later made a million dollars, but that might have been an exploit.

This seems like it could be a fun miscreant objective. Repo as much station property as possible, and try not to get murdered while doing so. Or something to that effect.
