I got some shrapnel in me from a pipe bomb explosion, and someone cut it out, but nicked my chest in the process. I ended up with a minor bleeding wound that was impossible to close. Repeatedly applying the suture and bandage did nothing to close it despite the fact I got 'your bleeding stops' messages every time.

Sometimes your wound can reopen if you move directly after closing it.

A solid minute or two of standing still and slapping bandages/a suture/the occasional brute patch on me, with the message about my wound closing every time. No dice.

Yeah that obviously should not be happening, but that was the only reason I could think of where it would do that.

Lay back down on the surgical table and try the hemostats

yeah I'm aware of this bug but had to leave just after hearing about it. I'll look into it when I get back.

If someone digs out shrapnel, but then opens an incision on your chest, that incision MUST be closed using suture and while laying on an operating table. Sewing it standing won't... cut it... a thank you.
