AI does not recover from stuns

Quite simply, the AI never seems to recover from being stunned. After being stunned by a taser, egun or stun baton, the AI remains permanently 'unconscious'. Unable to operate any equipment, hear anybody talking or talk itself. The only thing the AI can still do at that point is move into a shell.

Repairing the AI and replacing its brain did nothing to resolve the stun.
