Monkeys scream even when dead

How can a monkey scream when it's dead? I was performing surgery, I start to remove the brain: The monkey scream. After the brain is removed I start to remove the heart: The monkey scream. Same for the other limbs.

this is true of all humans.it's just air leaving the lungs

You can throw acid on a monkey after death and it will still scream.

I think this is a consequence of the recent monkey changes, which make monkeys scream whenever they are "attacked" by any source, which typically signals their impending aggression.

I remember some of this happening before, but the monkey changes seem to have made it more frequent.
