Meteors can no longer pass through windows

Large meteors get stuck on window-clusters (the typical [ ] formations you get covering most areas of the station, which have grilles in between).

Smaller meteors will still smash through them, however. As a result, meteors are considerably less dangerous & destructive.

Part of this is reinforced windows being really obnoxiously strong.
