Give the Union Rep gimmick job access to their department

Maybe this is too minor to even be worth discussing, but in the rare instances that X Union Rep is a gimmick job, I think it would be natural for them to start with access to the department they're supposedly representing. On the one hand, it shouldn't be too much of a problem to get the HoP to give you access, but it seems like the knee-jerk reaction of most players is to do an anti-union schtick, which is both boring and unoriginal, and might make getting said access impossible. I don't know if it's possible to deal with the latter problem and move beyond this tired schtick (without getting into a political discussion, which is equally tiresome) but at least getting access is an easy remedy.

This is actually something that has bothered me since gimmick jobs were added. Being an engineering rep for example, is pretty hard when you can't get into the dang engine.
