Stable Mutagen + Blood no longer works

i used to be able to pour some stable mutagen and blood into a shot glass and drink it and then change into someone else

now i can no longer do so

Don't know if you figured this out/fixed it, but the ratios have to be 50:50 I believe.

What is the minimum dose of each reagent?

I'm not familiar with the exact amounts, but blood seems to decay a lot faster than stable mutagen.

10 units of blood and 10 units of stable mutagen have worked with me very well, but to decrease the amount of radiation in the process, try using 10u of blood and 5u of stable mutagen.

5 units of blood, 10 untis of mutagen, works like a charm in a shot glass.
