Borg limbs can't be targeted

I've tried whaling on annoying borgs in multiple recent rounds and whenever I have a limb targeted, whether it's either an arm or a leg, I always hit the chest instead.

I know for a fact you can target the head as i've had mine shot off many times. As for limbs I haven't really tried to do that before.

Just thought I'd bump this, and yes the problem is arms/legs specifically, which makes reinforcing borg limbs rather pointless.

Reinforced borg limbs are handy for borgs caught in explosions, because light limbs fall off in a stiff breeze.

Projectiles and blobs also may target random limbs. I'll see what the issue is with targeting borg limbs.
