move the new little button that switches your ability bars

I usually have my backpack open and I think a lot of other people do too and so the new button for changing the ability bars is hidden behind my backpack inventory now

move it or make it be on top of the inventory instead of hidden behind it

also maybe make it a toggle instead of having you click it to open a menu and then select the thing from the menu? I didn't see more than 2 options on it so I think that'd make more sense.

id really like it if you could just disable it in the preferences menu

Should the Wiki be edited for new UI junk or are those changes still in progress. I figure you'd only really need to replace the one screenshot
