Become an agitator for the assistant's union!  Any assistant you show this card to gets a traitor objective to "Work with the union agitator to raise hell" or something like that.  If payroll has run dry, you can convert assistants at range but otherwise you have to bonk them with the card.  It costs as much as it does because it's designed to cause a sanctioned grey tide.  The downside is that it has an obvious sprite (if you drop it) and it only works on assistants. I thought protests were supposed to go horribly wrong.
Besides if this is a legit assistant revolution traitor item I think most assistants will direct all their attention at security and the detective anyway. I didn't consider this, but you're right.  Not sure about the best way to do that though, if it's locked to character names you could lose the card just by getting your face melted with poly acid.
And yes, the assistants are supposed to kill people.  Mainly heads of staff.  Actually, add an objective that they have to protect the commaster and other vital equipment so they can't just bomb everything.
