Remove VR Pod Suffocation

Now that the critter crucible is around people will probably be spending a large amount of time in the VR pods, but it gets really annoying when you're in the middle of a round and suffocate to death because for some reason somebody thought it was a good idea to make the VR pods airtight.

So ya, VR pod suffocation should be removed.
