It's not useless, I just think it should be "sleep" instead of "sleep-in-bed".

So, uh, maybe I'm just stupid... but if "Sleep-In" is useless, how do I make my spacemans go to sleep? What's the actual command I need to be using?

I think you need to be resting and then hit sleep in when on a bed.

Or you need to be drunk and all of that.

pretty sure you need to be resting. I've never had trouble sleeping in a bed
