Taser guns are broken

Tasers are broken. They work at point blank but the bolts do nothing. I just tested this with another officer, two full bursts into each other, no detrimental effects.

As far as I understand, taser bolts are supposed to affect stamina now. This doesn't work very well at the moment, because the amount of stamina drained per shot seems to be only 15 and the regeneration rate is 10 per tick.

Tasers affecting stamina sounds really cool, but if it's not going to put you in the negatives with 1-2 shots then they're pretty much worthless

Ranged stun weaponry drains way more than 15 stamina per shot now, so this particular bug is no longer an issue. If you wish you discuss the recent changes or tasers in general, please use the suggestion forum.
