Tried buying a Captain level gold card from an NTSO merchant, it was a blank one. Thought maybe I misclicked, bought another, it was also blank. So I bought the blank one, and it was a captain's spare ID.

Not sure if this is intentional but they're both the same price so I imagine being mislabled isn't.
