Medic Hacksaw

So anyone who plays Medic or roboticist could spawn for sixish crystals a hacksaw. What it does is hacks off a limb leaving a "ragged" stump where a nonrobotic limb can't be reattached. If it hacks of a robotic limb then nothing can be attached. Like the Elimbinator but you have to target the part you want to hack. I think it'd be fun to have a chameleon jump suit a syndie ID and run in hack off someone's limb then run out and come back as a medic and try to "help" them. It'd be a non-lethal rampage that left severed limbs everywhere and people having to get cloned. Let them tighten the grip to make it nondisarmable but not able to be put away until the grip is loosened.

Make it remove butts only, name it the "Ass-assinator", and give it to the clown.

This could work as a surplus crate item, if nothing else.
