T-Ray scanners permanently reveal stuff

As the title says, if you activate a t-ray scanner and walk past an area all of the underfloor objects will be permanently revealed to everyone.

This bug only applies to the actual T-ray scanner items; the T-ray PDA scanner seems to work normally.

Fixed.
I am not going to think too hard about circumstances that lead to t-scanners never making things hidden again because the items didn't magically turn into floors in the time it took them to blink.
