Throwing a wad of cash should split it evenly into 5-7 stacks as well as random ones, twos and fives deducted from the stacks, doing this should make a black text emote saying something like "Pubby Mcscrubby makes it rain!" with the twist that the more outrageous the stacks the bigger the emote physically appears, much like the trippin' balls emote.

Throw wads of bills into the hallways to feed the hungry greyshirts, watch their struggles with mirth and callous disregard, wear a tophat, light your joint with a burning stack of ten grand. Mow them down with your shotgun while they struggle to pick up the money.

Usually when somebody "Makes it rain" they're doing it at a strip club, which would lead to people trying to encourage other players to strip and being creepy. Again, those people would find some -other- way to do the same though, and would be handled.

I was mainly thinking of throwing wads of cash at assistants for distraction / generosity reasons and to flaunt fabulous wealth with increasing loud and obnoxious emotes.
