Make surgery table and robotics module writer scannable.

Just what it says, I would love to be able to build more surgery tables.
Also, I think the module writing computer in Robotics can neither be scanned nor disassembled to scan a board.
These would both be a big help for the Mechanics to rebuild Robotics if it takes damage in the inevitable bombing of genetics/medbay!

Fun fact: You can use a normal table to cut peoples butts (And limbs, if you are some kind of werido), if they are knocked out. Though I do think that making the module thingy rebuild-able would be a good idea.

I am aware of this! I would like to be able to do more than hobo surgery if supported by the mechanics!
