Let us embed glass shards in our hands.
Punching damaged glass will have a chance to cause it, higher depending on how damaged the glass is.
While we have shards stuck in our hands, punching people will cause them to also take some cut damage in addition to the normal punch damage.
Unfortunately, though, having glass in our hands is pretty bad. Every time you would try to do anything that uses your hands, you will take a little bit of cut damage. You will also bleed a little bit every second until the glass is removed.
Glass should be taken out by medical but can be taken out by yourself however, the chances of successfully taking glass out of your hand is pretty low and doing this by yourself will deal you some damage so it's better to head to medical than risk it.
