About the PR
This pr moves a few items from the security vendor elsewhere. The dirty vest has been removed from the vendor as it's already available in the clothing booth. The hawaiian shirts, poncho and shirt, and flat cap are now sold in the clothing booth. The bucket hat is now sold in the fish gear vendor for 5 tickets.

Why's this needed?
Security is the job whose visual recognition is the most important. Having a bunch of clothes that are mostly obscure references that don't read as security isn't great for maintaining the visual recognitionness of security.
Testing
Went in game, confirmed the appropriate clothes were in their vendors

I attempted to sprite a red and black hawaii shirt initially intended to go with this pr before putting it on hold. I'll likely pick back up those attempts and put that back into the pr. I like the idea of a laid back casual sec uniform however it pains me whenever I see an antag try to do something bold before being immediately batoned by a plainclothes secoff therefore I think the hawaii shirts should be identifiably security.

Thumbs up for encouraging departmental identifiability, especially for security, who are IC-ly bound by Space Law to be identifiable while on-duty.

Something that has irked me for quite some time, is exactly this: It even says so in in-game space law that officers should be immediately recognizable, IIRC.

I think every department should have variety in their uniforms, i'd hope there could be something to replace the uniforms if they were moved (Like the aforementioned red Hawaiian shirt, maybe a recolored poncho and shirt?) The flat cap and bucket hat I agree should go to general crew as I see NOBODY wear them
