Equip cigs directly from pack

I was popping pills in game the other day by click- dragging from the bottle and thought to myself, wouldn't it be handy to do the same for cigarettes? There's even a cig sticking out in the pack sprite, why not just pop that bad boy directly in your mouth? For extra flair you could even have them be automatically lit if you're holding a lighter in your other hand.
