Add tick mode to the delay component or add a tick delay component

There is a couple builds I have that need tick delays, but since there is no tick delay component, I need to instead use relays to delay my ticks. issue being that if you use too much delay components, it starts to take up too much space and makes the device hard to read, hard to reproduce, and take a ton of time to make again. my preposal, make a component that acts like a mix between a relay component, and a delay component to delay the amount of ticks you need to make the machine work.

Isn't the game running on 0.1 second ticks? The delay component works as a minimum.5 tick delay in that case? Or do you just want a lower min delay?

I had made that assumption too, but ticks can be delayed when the game is lagging. Delay components are theoreticaly not effected tthat much by tick delay cause its counting time, not ticks. so delay components can be inacurate. however if delay components do work off of ticks and im just wrong, I would like the limit be lowered from 1 second (10 ticks) to atleast 0.5 seconds (5 ticks)
