Violet Kirsch HoS application Encore, once more from the top

I’ve seen multiple cases of Violet supporting new players by patrolling with them and giving them directions for what to deal when dealing with antagonists, as well as the basics and usual training. You also have great mindsets for being a HoS. When a HoS isn’t around, you’re excellent at directing security with what to do and your leadership skills are great. My only complaint is that your communication skills varies quite a lot. Radio communication is great and you’re responsive to crisises or an officer’s status without fail, but outside of the radio you might come off as aloof and disregard other Security members. One example of this is when I was being arrested and the Detective wanted to interrogate me and stated so multiple times. I also suggested the Detective might be getting left out but I was ultimately never interrogated. I think it’s important you work on communication outside of the radio frequency and adjusting to make everyone on the team happy.

Overall +1 from me! Excellent mindsets and sufficient training for a HoS.

Violet consistently steps up to help newer players by helping with patrols and teaching them the ropes. Additionally, Violet takes charge of the security team when needed and maintains good radio communication. They're fair with punishments and are always a pleasure to interact with. I think they've got the skillset and the mindset to be a great HOS.

+1 from me, they're an excellent officer and show great promise for being a HOS

I have been an Officer alongside Violet many times, although we don't always agree on things, the RP is always FANTASTIC!
I do have one minor complaint though, perhaps rare but you are more often than not way too lenient as an officer, but that's still better than being too strict!

There's not much more I can add here because everyone's already said what there is to say, but I will say seeing Violet on the team when I'm HoSing is a relief as I know I can delegate a task to them that would normally be performed by the HoS (e.g. training new security) while I'm busy with other HoS things (getting control of some overeager officers). Violet is always a good sight to see when security is having trouble in a round, though I haven't personally seen her leading its hard to see that when I'm playing HoS and will likely come along with the beret.
