Make the medical scanner tell blood alcohol level. e.g How much alcohol is in that person at that moment.

Also put a medical scanner in security (not a extra medkit)

That way security can fine people for being too drunk or not drunk enough.

Obviously antitoxin will make this number vanish, but it would be funny to see vice officers arrest people for public intoxication.

The medical PDAs already come with a built-in reagent scanner. Still, no harm in giving security/vice officers a breathalyzer, right?
