Biodegradable Foam Dart Ammo Bag

Acts like a nukie ammo bag, but instead reloads ANY kinetic gun with a clip of biodegradable foam darts, similar to the ones found in the foam dart grenades. These darts have no stamina or brute damage, and have the appearance of foam darts when fired.
Bag is a large object which cannot be picked up, and looks like the nukie ammo bag but reskinned with clown (red and yellow tim) colours. if hit with enough brute damage, explodes into a harmless explosion with a stream of fireworks (like the activatable box of fireworks).

Alternatively, make it so you can climb up on a regular table but not reinforced. And use reinforced ones for HoP's desk and Security.
