Chest Implanted items only activate when taking damage

very niche feature that barely anyone uses as of right now, but i propose that chest implanted items only activate when you're hit in the chest and it deals damage. for the love of god, i try applying auto-mender to myself and the pipebomb inside me activates..

He only wants it to detonate when he IS hurt. He does NOT want to blow up when using an automender or other things that do not harm him hitting him.
