Didn't we remove straight jackets partioally because of non security using it to restrain people?
To not be that gal, but once we introduce this how soon will we begin having clowns handcuffing people, doctors handcuffing patients to 'control' them, and just random people everywhere carrying cuffs?
I've said this before and will stay by it, just because TG has it doesn't mean I think Goon needs it, the cuffs on tg are generaslly one of what I personally consider the worst parts.

tbf the jacket was busted cause you couldn't escape it without assistance, so someone could put you in it and lock you in a room for the entire round with no hopes of escape.
