As nice as this'd be, I believe there was an agreement between the admins/coders that no new traitor clown items would be added due to the sheer amount of them already available. I could be wrong but that's from last I heard.

The shoes are meant to be a downside, being robusted by a clown with clown shoes means you got TRULY clowned upon.
