It'd be rad if medbay or even sec had a device that lead you to dead people with health implants. Easier to find the corpse. Might annoy antags, but could also get an antag a second chance at their round. Just a thought.

Jab them with a tracking implant and a health implant and you basically get the same thing (an alert when they die, and can teleport to their location).

Tracking implants usually aren't exactly easy to come by in the medbay, are they? Perhaps the range could be limited on the device, so you'd have to rely on the message that tells you where someone died from the medical implant and could then use the device once you are on the scene in case the corpse is somewhere hard to see.

Yeah I was thinking it just kinda augments those who WANT to help or if a guy gets cloned cause he got himself scanned he can track down his corpse if it got moved or he was knocked out.

Now that bodies give off miasma, something that detects that could be a neat tool

Actually a miasma detector would be neat, though given that miasma is only located in a small region (i.e a few tiles from a corpse) that might not work so well.
Since health implants tell you *where* someone is dying and/or has died, perhaps have a tracker that leads you to their location of death/dying? A smart antag would drag the body away, of course. An in-game explanation for how this works, if necessary, would probably just say that the implant is powered by the person implanted by it being alive, and death would result in the implant going offline and not being able to make any more alerts after the final death alert.
