Yo - you know how we got these three references to $NAME , $JOB and $STATION on the Annoucement Computer?
How about references like these for the writing system?
For one - if the writer uses these same references it will just do that - fill in a box of text with the JOB and the current STATION NAME the writer is playing on. I reckon that NAME is already available through [sign] .
Then there might be the most interesting addition for some sweet HoP form-action.
Through commands like perhaps [NAMEBOX] , [JOBBOX] and [STATIONBOX] - the writer would leave a box on a form which just displays [Name] , [Job] and [Station] accordingly on the read page. Perhaps with a small color highlight to make it stand out.
Now the next person to read the paper with a pen has the chance to click on the boxes [Name] , [Job] and [Station] to fill out these boxes with his own information automatically.
