Currently it is as far as I know, not possible to create new bank records for new crew members.
A bit of backstory: I once played on a round on RP as captain, when I saw beepsky running into the chapel, obviously cheasing someone. It was the wizard - now handcuffed in the chapel.
So we made a deal: He would become a member of my crew and showing them some tricks. He would get pay of 300 credits.
I gave him an ID, created the Security Records, and tried to create the bank records. But I could not do it.
Anyway, there are some legitimate reasons why you want to create a new bank record. And some not so legitimate, like a second account for whatever reason you might have.
I would love to see that.
