The windows in Medbay/HoP's office that you can click to open. You also can't seem to hack them or remove them any other way besides an RCD, I think. This can make remodeling the medbay slightly more difficult.

meat spikes that can be unwrenched/constructed would be nice to have, they can be useful when doing science/chemistry stuff
