Unless they get lucky and find yeti fur earmuffs they really have no way of dealing with slowdown from the inevitable hull breaches. Full cold resist would probably be best but even just giving them more than the default 10% to account for all the hair would help.

True werewolves are already covered in a furcoat. Seems kinda dumb that cold would hurt them much
