Major Item arms can be turned ghost, bricking slots

Reproduction: Staple anything to your arm that can go on a belt (In my case, I used a .38 revolver from detective job.), press the INV button , and your stapled item will go to your belt, and you cannot get rid of it, if you try picking it up from your belt it will create a clone in your hand, that you also cannot get rid of.

Additional notes: you can directly just put the item on your belt from your custom item-hand and then all sorts of oddities and bugs follow.
