Such as people turning into horror form lings, or werewolves, or vampire bats flying by, or a blob in the corner. Or even "hearing" the macho man over the radio.

There's a lot of possible things that could be done, like people making accusations over the radio, or doors appearing to bolt. Would be nice to see, honestly.
