You can still see the R above heads, and your own. And since ya gotta follow your laws you can and sometimes must snitch on them.

Yes this is definitely a bug, and definitely needs to get fixed. Having said that, it should be pretty obvious that a cyborg should not use the information gleaned from this bug while in-round.
